  “ Yes, everything is OK. I had a torn calf muscle from February but I have healed, still going to physical therapy. This past weekend I had to travel to Ft. Lauderdale, but this coming weekend I plan to join you for the Canoe/Kayak at Weeki Wachee Springs. I am looking forward to get back into the activities. I really like this group and have been missing out on the fun! Thanks for checking! :) ”
