Welcome to Adventures in the Kitchen!

Economics in the Kitchen - Shop Smart & Save Money - Meats and Fish!

Lets face it, the cost of buying food is not going down! Join Adventures in the Kitchen and learn what it takes to shop for meat, poultry, and fish without spending all your savings. Having the knowledge of the different cuts of meat and fish, what sections to buy, and how to prepare them is very cost effective.

The goal of this course to provide you the knowledge needed to buy whole portions of meat at a lower price and then cut the meat to your own liking; steaks, roast, stew meat, etc. Stan a certified meat cutter and meat department manager with over 18+ years will take you to the supermarket with a hands on experience of how to find quality meats for less, and then cook a few choice cuts back at the kitchen!

Stan will be instructing, and managing this event. Find him at the event if you need anything

Ton of knowledge in a short amount of time. When Stan's in his element, you better be prepared to listen and write fast or you will miss a lot!
