“ I love, love, love shrimp; but am not so fond of cooking. I signed up for this class thinking it was a different type of an adventure than I was used to; an adventure in the Kitchen and I was not disapointed in the least. Chef Stan was spot on from beginning of class to end of class with his tidbits of knowldege and tips. I think I said "hmm, I did not know that" at least 20 times! I enjoyed not only the instruction, but the interaction with the other students/chef's as well. This class receives a triple "YUMMO" and I would highly recommend to other non-cooks as the class as a whole puts the ingredients together to make the tasty dish. I left with a full tummy, a satisified smile on my face, and a receipe for Mexican coctail sauce that I can store in my apron pocket and whip out when I need to play the "Impress someone special" card. Thanks again Chef Stan, Sous Chef Jackie, David, and my fellow students/chief for a very memorable Friday night. ”
“ This was my first meetup adventure. The class was well organized and well taught. Getting to eat our creations was a bonus. I went home and made my own coconut shrimp the next day. ”
