We will be sailing and dining for 2 days on a 2008 36ft Hunter sailing Yacht and spending the night at the Bradenton Marina and Yacht Club. Tampa Bay is beautiful to sail, and is one of Florida's most popular sailing destinations. Join TAG and the crew as they sail you across Tampa Bay into the Gulf of Mexico, then dock for the night next to a great seafood restaurant and bar right on the water, celebrate the New Year on the water, then sail again for a full day back near Egmont Key back into Tampa Bay. No sailing trip is complete without a nice glass of wine, which is why we are going to provide complimentary white and red wine, while on board.
Overnight Marina and Yacht Club Docking for the Night: Nestled safely along the beautiful Manatee River in Bradenton, Fl. Twin Dolphin Marina is within walking distance of the historic downtown and it's quaint Old Main Street. The historic Bradenton Pier, centrally located within the marina is host to the famed Mattison's Riverside Restaurant where you can enjoy fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Come and enjoy the best of what the Gulf Coast has to offer. We will be docking for the night at the Dolphin which is close to restaurants, museums, bars, clubs, and shops. Feel free to tour the night life along the beach and celebrate the new year in style!

“ The most fun I've had since.......well.......our last one-of-a-kind, smashing, big adventure!!! :-) We each got to know new, delightful people; some of us sailed expertly; some of us kititzed, :-); all of us talked; listened; laughed; played; sang; were asked not to sing, :-); enjoyed a New Years dinner at Madison's (and, thanks to our awesome organizers), at the only table with a fire in its center!!! We were rained on, frozen, and, courtesy of Roger, even learned what 'TAG' really stands for :-) Why, we even had the privilege of celebrating a January 1, 2010 birthday!!! How cool is THAT??? Happy Birthday, Tom!!! :-) And, at the end of the day, had the usual time of our lives!!! Thank you David and Stan!!! Forgive the 2008 nomenclature, but, honestly, you two ROCK!!! See you next time!!! ”
